In general we recommend that all clients have their units serviced as follow:- For all new clients, we are only able to identify the dirty areas after the 2nd service. Once these areas have been identified, we are able to recommend more or less servicing of the units. All Panasonic Air conditioners supplied by us are covered with a 1 year guarantee on the unit & an additional 3 year guarantee on the compressor, provided that a service contract with us is kept up to date. Other parts that are covered by a factory guarantee will be supplied free of charge. Air conditioners supplied by us are covered by a 1-2 year guarantee on the unit (depending on factory guarantee), provided that a service contract with us is kept up to date.
