Our water is purified using a sophisticated, internationally recognised eight-stage purification process. This process includes reverse osmosis, ozonation and the re-introduction of organic minerals into the water. In addition to being purified in accordance with International Standards, all Puréau water is tested weekly by SANBWA (South African National Bottled Water Association) approved laboratories to ensure our product remains the same throughout the country. We also use very specific caps with non-return valves to make the bottle changing process a simple and leak-free one. To ensure the consistency and quality of your cups of coffee make sure your machine of choice is frequently cleaned and maintained. The Melitta Barista TS is a low volume coffee machine capable of creating six different cappuccino and latte based drinks. Our plumbed in water coolers are special units manufactured in the same factory as our premium coolers. The AquaSafe System filters water at the point of dispensation and not when the water enters the unit. This means your risk of bacterial contamination is significantly reduced and there is no need to sanitize the cooler or to use UV lights as part of the filtration process. All that needs to be done to keep the water clean is to change the three filters included within the unit.
